Welcome to KrukThai, operated by Kin Kaeng Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales. By using our website (https://krukthai.com), placing an order or booking a table with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way.

  • We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time; changes will be effective once published on our website.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders may be placed via our website, by phone or in person.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made at the time of order via our secure payment providers, unless you are paying in person.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

    • The product/table is unavailable.

    • Payment is not authorised.

    • We believe there has been fraudulent activity.

  • A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill when dining at the restaurant.

3. Collection & Delivery

  • We do not operate a home delivery service at this time. This may change in future.

4. Reservations, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • Table reservations can be made via our website, by phone or in person.

  • Table reservations are subject to time limits to allow us to accommodate all guests

    • Tables of 1-3 = 1 hour 30 minutes

    • Tables of 4-5 = 1 hour 45 minutes

    • Tables of 6-8 = 2 hours

  • We kindly asks guests to respect these timings, particularly during peak service periods.

  • We will hold reserved tables for 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time. if you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. After this time, we may release the table to other guests. This prevents no-show holding problems, which are extremely common.

  • If you cannot attend, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other guests.

  • For larger groups, we may require a deposit which may be non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show. See the large bookings page.

  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

5. Children's Policy

  • Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises after 8.00pm.

  • Between 6.00pm and 8.00pm, guests children under 18 must be accompanied by adults and seated as part of a dinner booking

  • We reserve the right to request proof of age where necessary

6. Dogs

  • Dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating areas only.

  • Dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant unless they are registered assistance dogs.

  • Guests bringing dogs must ensure they remain under control on a lead and do not disturb other diners.

  • We reserve the right to ask guests to remove their dogs if they cause disruption or safety concerns.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive or unsafe to our staff or other guests.

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Intoxicated behaviour

    • Aggressive or abusive conduct

    • Failure to comply with restaurant policies

  • Guests who are asked to leave the premises may not be entitles to a refund.

8. Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be requested via an email to info@krukthai.com

  • Voucher terms:

    • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are issues.

    • Vouchers are single use only.

    • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • The full value must be redeemed in a single transaction.

    • No cash alternative will be provided for any unused balance.

    • Vouchers may be used for food and beverages only.

    • Service charge is included within the voucher value.

  • Lost, expired or deleted vouchers cannot be replaced.

9. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

  • Some dishes may contain allergens such as nuts, gluten, soy, dairy or shellfish.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering or booking.

  • Some of our meats are halal. It is your responsibility to reach out to info@krukthai.com to ensure which dishes you can enjoy.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our dishes.

10. Menu Availability / Changes

  • Our menu changes periodically due to seasonality.

  • While we aim to keep our website and menus up to date, certain dishes or ingredients may occasionally be unavailable.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, videos, logos and design) is the property of Kin Kaeng Ltd unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

12. Photography & Social Media

  • Guests are welcome to take photographs for personal use while dining at the restaurant

  • However, photography or filming intended for commercial use, media publication or professional promotion requires prior permission from management.

  • Please be mindful of the privacy and comfort of other guests when taking photographs.

  • Occasionally, our in-house social media team may take photographs and videos to showcase the vibrant restaurant. This will be used on all of our platforms.

13. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all warranties and representations relating to this website and our services.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    • Any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

  • We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises.

  • Kin Kaeng Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

14. Third-Party Links

  • Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., delivery partners, table booking partner). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
